Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) is a layered conceptualization and use of resources during a therapy session. These resources are leveraged by both the therapist and the client—which means that processing continues with the client even after the session has ended, and eliminating co-dependency in the client/therapist relationship.
“This is a heart-centered approach in which clients are guided to re-member who they really are and to learn to embody their true spiritual essence in their day to day lives.”Lisa Schwarz, founder of CRM
People experience their trauma alone. The CRM method allows the individual to process trauma while resourced so the trauma is processed without fully re-living it. CRM Founder Lisa Schwarz says we RE-MEMBER…meaning we reunite a lost part of ourselves.
CRM is used in conjunction with other therapies to ensure rapid healing that “sticks”—meaning the root of the trauma has been healed, emotional personas have been integrated, and symptoms disappear.
