But today, society is selling a lie. The message is that every difficulty is a disorder and every disorder requires a drug. ADHD, depression, anxiety—labels multiply while the human being behind them is forgotten. Cannabis is legalized and marketed as harmless. Ketamine and hallucinogens are paraded as miracle “therapies.” The truth? These substances do not cure—they sedate. They keep people numb, compliant, and stuck. This is not healthcare. This is control.
Even endless talk therapy can become another form of sedation. Talking without transformation is stagnation. Words alone cannot dissolve the root of suffering. They can even reinforce the very labels that hold you back.
Real therapy is not about managing symptoms—it’s about dismantling them. It wakes you up. It engages your brain and body, it unlocks what’s been frozen, and it allows you to reclaim your own strength. That’s why I use methods such as EMDR, Brainspotting, and my Infinity-Brain Method: because they go beyond coping. They deliver real resolution.
