Brainspotting

A “Brainspot” is an eye position that enables the client to access the source of traumatic symptoms in the brain. Developed by David Grand and Lisa Schwarz, BSP is a powerful therapy that works to process trauma by locating the Brainspot associated with the client’s symptoms.

“Brainspotting is a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment, enhanced with Bio-lateral sound, which is deep, direct, and powerful yet focused and containing.”David Grand, founder of Brainspotting
This unique therapy empowers both the therapist and client to work deeply within the neural pathways of the brain, in a collaborative process that brings rapid healing and accelerated relief of trauma-related symptoms.

According to Lisa Schwarz, “Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. Brainspotting is a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment.”
